No, we believe in offering the same level of application features to all of our clients so that they can truly utilize Percept CRM’s power to grow their business. Pricing is determined only through data and team sizing.

How is payment processed?

For extensive security, Percept CRM uses the largest global payment processing provider: PayPal and that requires an active client PayPal account. If your particular needs are such that you cannot use PayPal, please reach out to us using the Contact Us Page and we will be happy to work with you on a payment solution that meets your needs.

What is Percept CRM's Termination policy?

At any point of time you can either reduce the number of Percept CRM users, reduce to a lower plan (subject to current utilization), or terminate the account in its entirety. Your payment for the final billing cycle will be pro-rated accordingly. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more details.

Will all the users be transferred over to a live account?

The number of active users in a live account will depend on the number of users selected at the time of enrollment into one of our plans. Other than the primary user, any user that goes beyond the number of active user count, will be transferred but will be inactive. This can always be adjusted by increasing the number of active users and activating the user from the configuration panel within Percept CRM.

How soon will the live account be activated and will my trial data transfer over to my live account?

Your account will be activated within 24 hours of your subscription. Trial data created for the following areas will be copied over: Contact, Company, and Product.

Can I get assistance in migrating my data into Percept CRM?

Yes, please use the Contact Us page to describe the request and we will assess performing a data migration process for a fee that is determined by the complexity of your legacy data.

Can I use my mobile devices to access my data Percept CRM?

Yes. As long as your device is connected to the internet, you can get in and Percept CRM’s adaptive layout automatically adjust to the proper form factor of the utilized device.

Percept CRM delivers proposal and purchase features.  Building a purchase can take place through an itemized menu driven window. The application automatically calculates the final price to the customer. From that point, an invoice can be generated with the stored company logo and header information. Proposals can be setup in a similar way and once approved, can be used to auto populate the actual purchase transaction.
