For extensive security, Percept CRM uses the largest global payment processing provider: PayPal and that requires an active client PayPal account. If your particular needs are such that you cannot use PayPal, please reach out to us using the Contact Us Page and we will be happy to work with you on a payment solution that meets your needs.
At any point of time you can either reduce the number of Percept CRM users, reduce to a lower plan (subject to current utilization), or terminate the account in its entirety. Your payment for the final billing cycle will be pro-rated accordingly. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more details.
The number of active users in a live account will depend on the number of users selected at the time of enrollment into one of our plans. Other than the primary user, any user that goes beyond the number of active user count, will be transferred but will be inactive. This can always be adjusted by increasing the number of active users and activating the user from the configuration panel within Percept CRM.
Your account will be activated within 24 hours of your subscription. Trial data created for the following areas will be copied over: Contact, Company, and Product.

Percept CRM delivers proposal and purchase features. Building a purchase can take place through an itemized menu driven window. The application automatically calculates the final price to the customer. From that point, an invoice can be generated with the stored company logo and header information. Proposals can be setup in a similar way and once approved, can be used to auto populate the actual purchase transaction.
